Should we start looking for a Moderator/s?

Because I can't always be on seeing what everyone is doing. Plus I know the community is going to grow so I'm going to vote yes. But what do you think of all this?!?!??

Now according to this thread I put up last week everyone wants to add a
mod to the site. But now we must find the best one for the job. So go

Experience around forums: I am an admin on at least 6 forums currently, and a moderator on 3 forums. I am quite good at almost everything, and i am not that bad at coding, HTML likes me some, but i'm not THAT good!
Can you log in every day: Yes, but some of the time it will be a bit late at night.
Reason(s) you think your qualified for the job: I have plenty of experience with boards, duties, and i have been roleplaying for about 5 years now.
